Applications for the Young Leaders Programme are now open.  

 Through the Young Leaders Programme we are investing in the next generation of leaders in Ealing.  Gain leadership skills, realise your personal aspirations and build a campaign by joining the programme.

What does it involve?

 The Young Leaders Programme will be delivered by Ealing, in partnership with SOAS University of London. We are offering 10 places to young people in Ealing. 

Spanning 3 months, the programme will run between January – March 2026. Over this time, you will take part in 7 workshops designed to build your confidence and your abilities as a leader and change-maker. You will be supported to design a campaign and present this to an audience of decision makers, expanding your experience in advocacy and public speaking. 

The programme will begin on Wednesday 13 January 2026

 How do I apply?

 Applications to the Young Leaders Programme are open until Monday 5 January at 5pm. 

The application process involves a written application. Interested applicants should submit their completed application by Monday 5 January at 5pm.

The application form can be downloaded by pressing the ‘application’ button. Completed applications should be submitted to info@esdeg.org by Monday 5 January at 5pm.
